Although much of our catering is provided off-site, FireWorks Restaurant offers a private room for banquets up to 20. For larger parties, it is possible to reserve the outdoor courtyard (in warmer weather) or to book the entire restaurant (60+ seats). Please plan ahead; seasonal availability is limited!
Meet our Catering Staff
Chef Intaba Liff-Anderson has an extensive background in fine dining and menu development with a flair for the eclectic and gourmet. Chef Intaba received professional training at Anne Marie Colbin's Natural Gourmet Cookery School in New York City and has made her home in Oregon since 1996. Chef Intaba draws inspiration from countless culinary sources, enjoying the bounty of our many local organic producers. Intaba has served as a nutrition consultant in a variety of venues, including Linn-Benton Community College and the Oregon State Department of Education Child Nutrition Program.
